Payment and Insurance

We participate with most major insurance plans available in our area and will file insurance claims as a courtesy to you. Your policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company.

Our office will electronically file your insurance for you. To successfully file your insurance claim, we must have all current information pertaining to your particular policy. Our experienced insurance department is always available to assist you with any questions you may have regarding your insurance coverage.

Payment is the responsibility of the patient. For your convenience, we gladly accept MasterCard, VISA, and personal checks.
